Questions about pricing
Are the prices including VAT?
No. All prices are shown excl. VAT. Foodians is a service for businesses, and VAT is added according to the rules that apply.
Is there a lock-in period?
No, not on the monthly plan. You cancel under Billing whenever you like, and the subscription ends when the paid period is over. Started periods are not refunded.
How does the yearly plan work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12: Starter 3 990 kr and Pro 6 990 kr per year. Yearly Pro includes 10 table stands.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The trial is 30 days, without a card and without a lock-in. Nothing is charged when it ends – you decide whether to continue.
What happens if I don't continue after the trial?
The guest page keeps showing the menu, Wi‑Fi and the guests' cards, but new stamps and new feedback pause until you choose a plan.
Do I have to buy table stands?
No. You can print tags yourself at no cost. Finished NFC table stands with your logo are an optional one-time purchase: 10 for 1 995 kr, 25 for 3 995 kr and 50 NFC stickers for 1 495 kr, excl. VAT.
What does it cost for several venues?
The price is per venue. Each venue gets its own guest page, tags, menu and stamp card, and you switch between them in the dashboard.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter has everything for the stamp card, menu, Wi‑Fi, feedback with alerts and Google rating tracking, with one staff login. Pro adds email campaigns to guests who opted in, guest list export, unlimited staff and manager logins and priority support.
